PromptRaise is an AI visibility and generative engine optimization (GEO) company based in Dubai, UAE. We build tools that measure and improve how brands appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and other AI search surfaces.

Audit URLs are fetched to score how AI engines surface a site. We store only what is needed to run your audit: the submitted URL, its crawl output, and the AI-answer samples we collect. Full report data is retained for the period shown in your audit result and purged on request.
All traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. The site runs on managed infrastructure with strict access control (Docker on systemd, Cloudflare in front). We do not expose API keys or secrets in code, docs, or reports.
Under GDPR and UAE data protection rules, you can request a copy, correction or deletion of the personal and business data we hold about your audits. Email support@promptraise.com and we respond within 15 business days.
